Physical Planning, Housing, Environmental & Land Management (PHELM)
This Department/unit undertakes physical planning, land use and management plans. The area of expertise under this unit include; preparation of Strategic Spatial Development Frameworks [Regional, District, Urban, rural Physical Development plans, detailed development plans and urban designs at all scale from a region to a neighborhood.
Geospatial Solutions and Digital Studio (GEDIS)
PRAID offers Geospatial solutions in areas of GNSS and GIS data collection tailored to individual/ organization application. PRAID has total geo-solutions in form of GIS data generation, mapping, image processing, spatial analysis, terrain analysis, network solutions among others. PRAID has expertise to deal with spatial problems involving service industry like urban planning, administration, utility management, water resources, and transport industry, among others. PRAID has a one stop Geo-shop; an integrated approach to acquire high-resolution aerial imagery and spatial data of your area of interest.
Management Administration and External relations (MADE)
The unit coordinates activities of the two technical departments (PHELM & GEDIS) by providing auxiliary services like procurement, accounts and tax management among others. The units under this department include; Human resource management, Public relation, General administration, Central Planning and Project Monitoring Unit.
